My employer (whom I shall refer to as "Megabux Corporation") is moving people around amongst its buildings in Chicago (The City That Matters). They recently acquired the American subsidiary of a Dutch company (which I think was called "Megaboox Groep NV"), who had their main building on LaSalle Street. They are moving a lot of us to a building near Union Station outside of the Loop. So now I will get to see even MORE conformist suburbanites every day.

The next podcast I will discuss is the Network Security Podcast. I found out about this on Libsyn. I downloaded all the episodes up until July 2008, and I have not listened to any since then. This is a podcast started and hosted by Martin McKeay. He started blogging and podcasting a few years ago. He now does PCI consulting (helping companies comply with PCI standards). |

There will probably be no Obama Pictures |

There will not be too many Obama pictures on this site, even though I live in Chicago (AKA The City That Matters). In fact, it is possible there may not be any. I voted for him and I contributed to his campaign. One of the federal buildings is across the street from the building I work in, and the other is diagonally across. (My employer, whom I shall refer to as "Megabux Corporation", is moving some of us in a few weeks to another building in Chicago, but right now I am working right in the Loop.) And yet, getting a picture of the President-Elect is difficult.

The Detroit automakers have been in the news a lot asking for a bailout. (Maybe they should have asked for loans instead.) I am going back and forth on whether or not the government should loan them money.
